The Company
Our company has been proudly selling and installing above ground pools for decades, offering a wide variety of options to suit just about any budget.
We do things differently here—no cold calling, door-to-door sales, or telemarketing. All of our leads come from TV and internet advertising, which means customers reach out to us when they’re ready to buy. Before any appointments are set, clients are pre-approved for financing, and we confirm that all key decision-makers will be present for the full 90-minute presentation. You'll also have a chance to check in with the customer before heading out.
This process ensures your time is well spent—you're meeting with serious, qualified buyers who are ready to make a decision.
We offer a brief training session to help you hit the ground running, and ask that you be ready to start right after training wraps up.

About The Opportunity
We’re hiring new sales representatives and want each candidate to have a clear and complete understanding of the role from day one.

What Your Workweek Looks Like:
​📅 12-15 pre-set appointments per week
📅 2-3 credit-approved leads per day
💰 $600-$800 average commission per sale
💰 $2,500 - $3,500+/week earnings (based on average close rates of 40-50%)
Requirements:

Must Have: Valid Driver’s License, Auto Insurance, and Reliable Vehicle (Required).

Must Have: Smartphone, Social Security Card (Required).

Must Be: willing and able to start immediately. (Required).

Must Be: willing to cover a 2-hour radius (Required).

Must Be: willing to work 6-7 days per week
